These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by GONXLEVEL MARKETING and GONXLEVEL REVIEWS (ABN 11429375831).
By signing up for the GONXLEVEL service or using the GONXLEVEL website (our "Services"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. This agreement ("Terms of Service") also applies to any new features or tools added to the current services. GONXLEVEL reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to the website. We recommend that you review the Terms of Service periodically to stay informed of any updates.
By using GONXLEVEL Services or creating a GONXLEVEL account ("Account"), you must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions in this Terms of Service agreement and the GONXLEVEL Privacy Policy.
1. User Agreement
By creating a GONXLEVEL Account, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to the following:
Active Development: The software is continuously in development, with new features and improvements being added regularly.
Limitations: We do not guarantee that the software is fail-proof or free from data loss, project delays, or other unexpected issues.
Feature Requests: GONXLEVEL is not obligated to add specific features, even if suggested or tested.
Onboarding: The onboarding call is a one-time Zoom session (up to 60 minutes) to assist with connecting your primary integrations (e.g., Facebook, Instagram Messenger, Google accounts, and payment systems).
Additional Services: Full setup services, data migration, and custom support beyond troubleshooting are available for an extra fee.
Data Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining and backing up your data.
No Contracts: There are no long-term contracts.
Usage Limits: A limited number of text messages, phone calls, and emails are included in the monthly plan, with additional charges if you exceed these limits.
2. Account Terms
To create a GONXLEVEL Account, you must:
Be 18 years or older or meet the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate registration information, including your full legal name, address, and a valid email.
Keep your password secure; GONXLEVEL is not responsible for any loss due to compromised account security.
Ensure that all activity and content on your account comply with these Terms of Service.
3. Account Activation
The person who signs up for the Services ("Account Owner" or "User") is responsible for the account and is bound by these Terms of Service.
4. General Conditions of Use
You agree to the following general conditions:
Support: Technical support is available to paying Account Owners through email unless otherwise stated.
Conduct: You and your customers must not use the Services for illegal activities, violate laws, or engage in prohibited actions.
Content Transmission: Your content may be transferred unencrypted and altered during transmission; credit card information is always encrypted.
5. GONXLEVEL Rights
GONXLEVEL reserves the right to:
Modify or terminate the Services at any time, without notice.
Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms of Service or any applicable laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
GONXLEVEL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty.
7. Waiver and Complete Agreement
Failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms of Service supersede all previous agreements and represent the complete agreement between you and GONXLEVEL.
8. Intellectual Property and Customer Content
You retain ownership of all content uploaded to your GONXLEVEL account.
By uploading content, you grant GONXLEVEL the right to display and store it.
Feedback you provide to GONXLEVEL will be owned by GONXLEVEL, and you waive any claim to ownership or compensation.
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
GONXLEVEL will keep your confidential information secure and will not disclose it to third parties unless required by law or with your consent. Confidential information does not include information that is already public, independently developed, or legally obtained from other sources.
10. Termination
GONXLEVEL may terminate or suspend your account if you violate any of the terms stated in this agreement.
